What is Kundalini Yoga?

Discover the essence of Kundalini Yoga at UBU, where we honor the regal journey of self-realization by integrating four fundamental components: Sound, Breath, Movement, and Meditation. "You are what? You are you. And you know the shape of the U? Shape of the U is the shape of the magnet. That means you have a plus polarity and minus polarity and you meet in the center. Therefore your equilibrium is what your reality is. Don't let anybody play with your equilibrium. Because the purpose of life is to reach, perceive, conceive and attain a state of equilibrium." Embrace this majestic practice that aligns you with the divinity of your soul, facilitating a harmonious balance between reaching your highest earthly potential and delving into the profound depths of your meditative mind. At UBU, the journey is about You becoming You—realizing your sovereignty and asserting your soul's royal lineage.
